1. Interpretation and Definitions
The terms outlined below are intended to provide clarity regarding how this Return and Refund Policy should be interpreted. These definitions apply whether the terms are written in singular or plural form.
- Company: Refers to Shokitech Innovations LLP, the legal entity operating the e-commerce platform Shokitech.com. Our registered address is:

- Orders: A formal purchase request made by You through our website to buy one or more Goods.
- Service: The entire scope of our online platform including the website, order processing, customer support, and any other services provided via https://shokitech.com.
- You: The person, business, or legal entity browsing, interacting with, or making a purchase on our platform. This includes anyone acting on behalf of an organization or placing an order in an individual capacity.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. At Shokitech, we aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation process.
Cancellation Before Dispatch:
- You may cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- No cancellation fee will be charged if the order is cancelled before dispatch.
- You can initiate cancellation by contacting us through our Contact Page or by emailing our support team.
Cancellation After Dispatch:
- If the product has already been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled directly.
- In such cases, you may refuse to accept delivery. Once the product is returned to us in its original condition, a refund will be initiated after deducting applicable shipping charges (including return-to-origin costs, if any).
Refund Timeline:
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7 working days from the date we receive the returned goods (if dispatched) or from the date of cancellation confirmation (if not yet dispatched).
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase. No additional processing fee will be charged.
We reserve the right to deny cancellation requests for customized products, or in the case of suspicious or repeated cancellation activity.
3. Conditions for Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Shokitech. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return under the following terms:
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be in unused condition and returned with original packaging, labels, accessories, and documentation (if any).
- Returns must include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
- Customized or made-to-order products tailored to your specifications
- Hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened or used (e.g., masks, gloves, skin-contact components)
- Perishable, time-sensitive, or clearance items
Important: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above eligibility criteria or show signs of usage, damage, or tampering. All return requests are subject to our internal verification and approval.
Warranty Policy – Enjoy Peace of Mind with Our 15-Day Warranty
All products sold by Shokitech are covered by a 15-day warranty starting from the date of delivery. This warranty ensures your product is free from functional defects and performs as expected.
What the Warranty Covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Product malfunction under normal usage conditions
- Inoperability or failure to function as advertised
What Voids the Warranty:
- Physical damage caused by mishandling, dropping, or exposure to moisture
- Improper installation or use beyond recommended specifications
- Any tampering, modification, or repair attempts by unauthorized personnel
- Burnt components or damage due to reverse polarity, short circuits, or overpowering
To claim warranty, please contact our support team with a detailed description and clear images or videos of the issue. Valid claims will be addressed via replacement, repair, or refund as per our discretion.
4. Return-to-Origin (RTO) Policy
If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address, pin code error, or unavailability after 2–3 delivery attempts, it will be marked as “Return-to-Origin” (RTO) by the courier partner.
In such cases:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances if the failure was due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
- To reship the item:
- For orders under ₹200: A reshipping fee of ₹69 is applicable.
- For orders ₹200 and above: A reshipping fee of ₹138 is applicable (₹69 return-to-origin charge + ₹69 forward shipping).
- If the customer does not wish to reship the order:
- For orders under ₹200: Only the product cost will be refunded after deducting the ₹69 forward shipping already incurred.
- For orders ₹200 and above: Only the product cost will be refunded after deducting ₹138 (₹69 forward + ₹69 RTO charge). This means the refund amount will be:
Refund = Product Value – ₹138
5. Returning Goods
If your return request has been approved, you must ship the item(s) back to us within 7 days of return confirmation. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure your return is processed smoothly:
- All returns must be sent using a reliable, insured, and trackable courier service.
- The returned item must be securely packed in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
- Include a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation inside the package.

Note: We are not liable for goods that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit. We strongly recommend you use a courier with shipment tracking and insurance to avoid any disputes.
Refunds or replacements will only be processed after the returned item is received and inspected by our team.
6. Refunds for Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the returned item. If the order was not marked as a gift, refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
